Questions to Ask Before Booking a Travel Videographer in Tanzania
A travel film is shaped by editing, sound and story as much as camera work. Ask questions that reveal what the finished commission actually includes.

Watch complete examples
Request a complete film similar to your brief, not only a reel of striking shots. Notice whether the story makes sense, voices are clear and people look comfortable. Ask which parts of the example were within the provider's role. A beautiful aerial shot tells you little about interview recording or family storytelling.
Clarify the production
Who travels with you? Is photography included, and can one operator realistically cover both during important moments? Ask about backup equipment and file handling in practical terms without expecting a guarantee against every possible failure. Confirm how weather, access or changes to the itinerary affect coverage.
Clarify the edit
Specify film length, aspect ratios, subtitles, music, revisions and delivery. Ask whether you receive a single story or separate social clips. Raw footage, project files and the right to re-edit should be discussed explicitly. They are not the same as receiving a finished film.
