What this covers
This policy explains what personal information Creative Quest Agency collects through this website and in the course of client work, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your project. We use it to reply and to plan the work.
When you visit this site. This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Your browser may store a small amount of information locally to remember interface preferences; that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
When we produce work for you. Photographs and films may contain identifiable people. Consent for those images is the responsibility set out in our terms, and we hold the resulting files as part of the project archive.
Why we hold it
To answer enquiries, to carry out work you have commissioned, to meet accounting and tax obligations, and to keep an archive of delivered work for the agreed period.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the suppliers needed to do the work — for example a print supplier or a hosting provider — and only what they need.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are clearly closed. Project records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Archive media is kept for the period stated in your quotation.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page.
