Planning Photography for a Company Website Refresh
A website photography brief should follow the page structure. Commissioning images before the design requirements are known can leave the site with awkward crops and missing content.

Map pages to photographs
List homepage banners, team profiles, services, locations and operational scenes. Ask the designer about aspect ratios and space for text. Mark existing images that remain accurate so production concentrates on real gaps.
Prepare the workplace
Arrange staff, access and a coordinator for each area. Remove confidential documents and check screens before filming or photography. Tell the photographer where normal work must continue and where a brief pause is possible.
Deliver for the web
Agree high-resolution masters and appropriately sized website exports. Use descriptive names and accurate captions. Keep a record of staff publication permission and identify which images need review when people or operations change.
