How to Brief a Corporate Video Production Team in Tanzania
A corporate film needs a business purpose, a defined audience and a decision maker. A list of office scenes is not enough to explain what the film should achieve.

Define the task
Explain whether the film supports sales, recruitment, an internal presentation or a public introduction. Give the producer the key message and action you want viewers to take. Share brand guidance and references with notes about what you find useful.
Explain the workplace
List locations, interviewees, operational restrictions and confidentiality concerns. Identify a quiet interview space and a coordinator who can release staff on schedule. Flag screens, documents or processes that should not be filmed.
Agree approval and outputs
List each film, duration, orientation, caption requirement and deadline. Name factual and brand reviewers, with one final approver. Consolidated feedback prevents separate departments asking for incompatible versions of the same edit.
