Choose the style and use
Decide whether portraits are for a website, staff directory, press or a campaign. Share references and required crops. A consistent background and framing can help new portraits fit the library later.
Organize appointments
Provide a headcount, names and short individual slots with a little buffer. Choose a space that can remain set up without interruptions. Tell staff about clothing preferences and any practical preparation without asking everyone to buy matching outfits.
Manage selection and delivery
Agree who chooses images, how names are attached to files and whether individual approvals are required. Identify staff who cannot be published and those who need another date. Keep the final approved library separate from review proofs.
