Choosing Deliverables for a Conference Highlights Film
A highlights film and a session recording serve different purposes. Define each required output before the event so the crew captures suitable images and sound.

Choose the main story
A highlights edit might explain the event's theme, energy and key messages. Decide whether speaker excerpts, attendee interviews or narration carry the story. Do not expect a short film to preserve every presentation.
Separate complete recordings
Full talks need stable coverage, usable audio and presentation access. List them separately from highlights and social clips. Simultaneous sessions can require additional equipment and crew.
Specify the versions
Agree film length, orientation, titles, captions, music and any language requirements. Provide speaker names and approved event branding. Confirm who selects quotations and reviews factual context before publication.
