Show the whole room
Include a useful wide view, the bed arrangement, bathroom and any meaningful outdoor space. Keep names aligned with your booking system. Do not use a premium room's photographs to represent a lower category without making the distinction clear.
Plan the crops
Check the current image requirements of each platform you use. Wide views may be cropped differently in listings and on mobile screens. Ask for framing that preserves important features, plus appropriate exports rather than uploading the same heavy original everywhere.
Keep a truthful library
Avoid retouching that materially changes space or amenities. Label files by property and category, with approved versions in one shared location. Review the library when furnishings or room layouts change so the website continues to match the guest's likely experience.
