Planning One Production for Website, Brochure, and Social Content
A shared production can serve several channels when each output is planned before filming. Reusing assets is efficient; assuming every crop and format will work afterwards is risky.

Build an output matrix
List each channel, required format, message and publication date. A brochure spread may need detail and print resolution, while a social story needs vertical composition. Identify scenes that can serve several uses and those requiring a separate setup.
Schedule both stills and motion
A video frame is not automatically a substitute for a deliberate photograph. Give each format time, especially for people and fleeting activity. Agree whether one operator can meet the brief or whether additional crew is needed.
Organize the delivery
Name files and folders by channel or campaign. Confirm text-safe space, colour requirements and usage rights with the designer or publisher. Approve the main factual descriptions once so separate outputs do not contradict one another.
