Building a Photo Library for a Tour Operator Website
A website library should cover the products and questions on your actual pages. Start with a content map instead of commissioning a folder of generic wildlife photographs.

Audit the website
List itineraries, destinations, guide profiles, vehicle information and accommodation content. Mark where images are missing or misleading. Identify which supplied lodge photographs may be used and which scenes need original production.
Capture the service
Include the moments that explain how a trip works: meeting the guide, luggage handling, vehicle interiors and activity context where appropriate. Confirm access and publication permission. Label the location and activity accurately so editors do not reuse the image for the wrong itinerary.
Make handover practical
Agree landscape, portrait and banner crops. Use descriptive filenames and a simple index of approved uses. Keep high-resolution masters separate from web exports, and retire images when vehicles, routes or products materially change.
