Map campaigns to scenes
List launch dates, guest segments and offers. Identify which images and films each campaign needs, including formats and text space. Separate evergreen room coverage from scenes tied to a particular season, activity or decoration.
Use one production efficiently
Group scenes by location, people and preparation needs. Plan stills and motion together so each receives time. Check whether a seasonal experience will actually be available during the shoot, and avoid representing it as year-round if it is not.
Organize for publication
Deliver folders by approved campaign or use, with descriptive filenames and version notes. Include captions and usage restrictions where relevant. Assign a person to maintain the library so outdated offers and seasonal scenes do not appear in unrelated campaigns.
