Ask the operator first
Explain that a professional photographer may join and ask what is permitted on the actual activity. Confirm group size, equipment restrictions and whether commercial production needs additional arrangements. Do not assume the photographer can leave the group for another angle.
Keep the brief realistic
Prioritize a small number of scenes that fit the guided walk: the group moving, landscape context and details available at permitted stops. The photographer needs to remain within the guide's instructions. Repeating sections solely for the camera may not be appropriate.
Agree use and logistics
Personal holiday pictures and promotional tourism content may need different arrangements. Confirm the guide contact, transport, carrying requirements and publication scope. Any proposed aerial work belongs in a separate permissions discussion, not an assumption attached to the walking booking.
