Coordinate with the host
Ask which activities will actually happen on your date. Harvesting, processing and tasting are different scenes and may not all be available. Confirm whether the photographer can attend and whether any charges or private areas apply.
Include the people respectfully
Agree with the host who may be photographed and how the pictures will be used. Portraits of workers should not be treated as an automatic inclusion in a visitor's experience. Allow time for introductions and accept a refusal.
Plan a small sequence
A useful set might show arrival, a demonstrated process, hands working and the visitors tasting coffee. Let the real experience continue rather than repeatedly staging the same action. Confirm personal versus commercial use, especially if the pictures will promote a business.
